Cat corporate career simulator · Robinhood Chain 4663

GET HIRED.
GET PAID.
GET PROMOTED.

Hire one of 3,332 hand-drawn cats in tailored suits. Your badge owns a wallet the protocol pays real tokenized stock into. Promote it through eight ranks and it out-earns the whole floor — but there are only three CEO chairs in the company, and money alone cannot open one.

How it works

Hiring is the mint

01

Hire

1,000 $MEOW per badge, flat, from the vault. The badge arrives as an Intern with its own wallet and no salary at all — the first promotion is what puts it on payroll.

02

Get paid

Every ETH fee the protocol takes is 70% Payday. The pot splits across the three corporations by trading volume, converts into their tickers, and lands in each badge's own wallet by rank weight.

03

Get promoted

Three gates at once: a fee in $MEOW, a reinvestment in stock out of your badge's own wallet, and tenure plus salary the protocol has already paid you. The last one is the gate a bankroll cannot skip.

Interns are not paid. Weight 0 is deliberate — the first promotion is what puts a badge on payroll. Any transfer of the badge, sale or gift, resets it to Intern, frees its chair and clears its KPI; the outgoing owner keeps 25% of the promotion fees they paid, vested in stock over seven days. When a rank is full the only route up is a Boardroom Challenge: post 40% of the target rank's fee, name a badge, and its holder has 72 hours to pay the same amount or lose the chair.

What can go wrong

Read this part

Every one of these is a real property of the design, not a disclaimer.

Trust

The owner can withdraw everything

Every contract is an upgradeable proxy whose owner can withdraw its entire balance — payroll pots and third-party locked liquidity included. Deliberate, so funds can never be stranded. It is the largest trust assumption here.

Income

Salary depends on volume

Payday distributes fees the protocol has already collected. Less trading means a smaller pot. Rank weight sets your share of it; it does not add to it. Zero volume pays zero at every rank.

Ownership

Transfer resets the rank

A badge arrives at its new holder as an Intern with no KPI and no chair. A CEO seat does not sell with the badge. Severance softens that; it does not remove it.

Supply

Chairs run out

Within a month of launch the VP row fills and the only way up is a Boardroom Challenge against a named holder. A Reorg adds 10% more chairs at every capped rank once volume clears a threshold.

Markets

Thin stock liquidity

On-chain ETH/stock pools on this network are shallow, and one ticker has no pool at all. Payday settles from pre-funded inventory at the oracle price rather than through a market swap.

Access

Not available everywhere

Swapping into tokenized stock is restricted for US residents. Payouts are fee redistribution — not dividends, not equity, not yield. Corporation names are fictional.
